Nelson Construction and Development is developing its third addiction treatment facility located in Iowa City, IA and is excited to share this latest opportunity with you. We are converting the 28,000 square foot senior living property into a 60-bed addiction treatment center. The project is fully approved with the city of Iowa City, design is completed, and the licensure application has been submitted and will be approved upon certificate of occupancy.
