Overview

Nelson Construction and Development is expanding its addiction treatment portfolio with a new facility located in Raleigh, NC. The 22,000 square foot senior living facility will be converted into a 50-bed addiction treatment center and managed by Ascension Recovery Services. City entitlements and design are complete. Construction will commence upon financing completion. The facility will open in Q1 2026.
