Overview

Nelson Construction and Development is expanding its addiction treatment portfolio with a new facility located in Wilmington, NC. The 30,000 square foot senior living facility will be converted into a 54-bed addiction treatment center and managed by Ascension Recovery Services. City entitlements and design are complete. Construction will commence upon financing completion. The facility will open in Q4 2025.
